Wisdom Through Sweat…

I’d like to say wisdom comes through some sort of deep exercise. Nah, truth is, on the surface of the sun lifting a martini glass can cause one to break into a sweat. What’s a girl to do? Reflect on some deep thoughts from our favorite life coach Lauren.

She’s got some wise words for us while we sit, ponder and wish for rain…

Be kind to people, you will be remembered more for your kindness than any level of success you could possibly attain. –Mandy Hale
Each day is a culmination of tiny choices. Choose wisely, choose kindness.

Three Simple Rules of Life
1. If you do not go after what you want, you’ll never have it.
2. If you do not ask, the answer will always be no.
3. If you do not step forward, you will always be in the same place.
Easy as 1, 2, 3

I now free myself from destructive fears and doubts. –Louise Hay
Let go of your fears, follow your heart and let love light the way.

Don’t be the same, be better.
Today’s goal, be a better you than you were yesterday. Start by only keeping the thoughts that keep you stronger!

It is up to you to see the beauty of everyday things.
When you keep gratitude in your attitude and look for the beauty in each day you will soon begin to see the world with new eyes.

You will either step forward into growth, or you will step backward into safety. –Abraham Maslow
Go boldly in the direction of your dreams!

Surround yourself with the dreamers and the doers, the believers and thinkers, but most of all surround yourself with those who see greatness within you, even when you don’t see it yourself. –Edmond Lee
Only surround yourself with those people who lift you higher.
