Studies show that keeping a Gratitude Journal can give you a stronger immune system and lower blood pressure. Gratitude can create higher levels of joy, optimism, compassion and happiness. Keeping a journal can make you more compassionate and feel less lonely.
Write down one or two things each day and soon you will see that your gratitude increases as your list grows.
