Chatting with our favorite chef I ask her, can she create some specials for our readers. Guess what? She gives us specials for the next three months along with a to-die-for spring salad. Squee.

Dijon Balsamic Asparagus Salad

-1 Bunch Asparagus cut into half
-1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
-1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
-1 Tsp Salt
-1 Shallot diced
-1 Tsp Garlic powder
-1 Cup cherry tomatoes sliced

Blanch the asparagus in boiling water and drain
In a food processor or blender add in the mustard, balsamic vinegar, shallot, garlic powder and salt
Place the asparagus in a bowl and add in tomatoes, pour dressing over vegetables and coat well then chill
